With Ramzan’s talent in marketing and management and Nora’s expertise in production and customer service, both husband

and wife opened their pilot project store at Burnaby BC in June 2002. After knowing the success of the business and good experience with the customers open their 1st store as Soup Zone at City square mall in December 2004 in Vancouver. Again very successful since day one. Both husband and wife spent the next few years growing their business by expanding their offerings. Moved to a bigger location in the same food court in December 2008. Looking at the good opportunity for the breakfast. Now they open early for the breakfast. Their breakfast burrito are the talk of the mall. People come to try their breakfast burrito from far. Throughout their history, they always continued to maintain their superior standard for customer satisfaction. Further growth eventually necessitated a second store at Harbour Centre mall in Vancouver 2009. This move enabled both to continue to maintain the high standards for customer satisfaction that they had established thus far.
